As a leading provider of western wear under $50 with the convenience of online shopping, our Use-and-Return Program allows you to send us your used boots—provided they meet certain requirements. Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Inspection and Confirmation
Once we receive the photos of your boots, we will inspect them and send you a return confirmation email.
Step 3 - You will either receive a part refund on your original order or store credit whichever one you qualify for. The refund will only be initiated once we get the boots from you. For more details please read our return policy.
What We Accept
We gladly accept gently used cowboy boots that meet the following criteria:
- Must be in good condition with minimal wear.
- Original packaging (if available) is a bonus!
- No visible signs of heavy damage or stains.
